Job Description

Zama is looking for a dedicated individual to coordinate Zama efforts in B2B Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives that align with our broader company growth and lead generation objectives.

  • Formulate and execute detailed growth marketing strategies, working closely with the central Marketing team. Efficiently communicate and promote Zama's blockchain products and solutions to on-chain finance targets (tokenization platforms, stablecoin projects, etc.) and ecosystem, building a strong brand with Defi and TradFi players, and growing revenues.

  • Lead the creation of impactful marketing materials to promote Zama blockchain solutions among DeFi and TradFi decision makers (CEOs, heads of digital asset teams, product teams, compliance teams, etc.), such as blog posts, presentations, sales collateral, enterprise and ecosystem-related website content, webinars, whitepapers, and reports. These materials should boost awareness, generate leads, and assist in customer and partner acquisition efforts while adhering to the Zama brand guidelines.

  • Online campaigns: develop and execute campaigns to generate leads through multiple channels (e.g., content marketing, email campaigns, paid ads). Implement and manage lead nurturing workflows in the CRM, ensuring prospects are guided effectively through the qualification and sales funnel.

  • Event marketing: organise Zama’s presence at on-chain finance events.

  • Employ data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance marketing performance, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
