Zama is seeking a dynamic Community Lead to drive engagement and growth within our blockchain ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role combines community management, content creation, and growth initiatives to establish Zama as a leader in the blockchain ecosystem.

The Community Lead will build and nurture our community of creators, developers, and enthusiastsenthusiast around the Zama Blockchain protocol, creating meaningful connections between builders, partners, and the broader blockchain ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Community Building: Grow and manage Zama's blockchain developer community across Discord, Telegram, and crypto-native platforms. Foster engagement through strategic initiatives and programs.

• Program Management: Lead our Creator and Developer Programs, alongsidealgonside other community events like hackathons, bounties, and grants. Coordinate blockchain events, workshops, AMAs, and conference activations.

• Content & Communications: Create content for blockchain enthusiats—tutorials, integration guides, and use cases. Manage community communications and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

• Ecosystem Growth: Build relationships with L1s/L2s, dApps, and infrastructure providers. Cultivate partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and key opinion leaders in crypto.

• Developer Support: Bridge community feedback to engineering teams. Support developers from initial interest through mainnet deployment of privacy-preserving applications.

• Analytics & Strategy: Track community metrics and on-chain data to measure ecosystem health and optimize growth strategies.
