Bakkt is looking for a Director of Growth & Marketing Operations with experience in full-channel marketing within the B2B space. This position will lead the development and execution of growth-focused demand generation strategies, including email marketing, events marketing, digital campaigns, and content development.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Demand Generation, this role collaborates closely with the Product and Business Development teams to generate high-quality B2B leads for Bakkt’s business pipeline. This role is pivotal in identifying and execution opportunities to grow the Bakkt Markets brand, engage prospects, and convert leads into customers.

Responsibilities

  • Global Conferences and Events
    • Identify, plan, manage, and attend conferences and events at a global scale to increase visibility and engagement. This role will require travel at least 4 times a year.
    • Coordinate and host events within Bakkt’s NYC office, ensuring they align with our strategic marketing objectives.
  • Webinars and Promotion
    • Plan, manage, and execute engaging webinars targeting our B2B audience of institutional investors.
    • Drive all promotional efforts to maximize webinar attendance and engagement.
  • Email Marketing
    • Write and build multi-touch email workflows designed to nurture leads and drive conversions.
    • Continuously optimize email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, response rates, and meeting bookings.
  • Account-Based Marketing
    • Utilize ABM tools to identify and build a robust base of prospects that fit our target personas.
    • Develop and implement targeted campaigns to convert high-value leads from our target accounts.
  • Content and Campaign Development
    • Collaborate with vendors to develop compelling content and campaigns that drive clicks and conversions.
    • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
    • Partner with the Internal Communications team to write and schedule engaging social media posts across various channels.
  • Reporting, Analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization
    • Create detailed reports for the executive team showcasing marketing performance against our KPIs.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
    • Optimize conversion rates across email and our website to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
    • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand gen or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful full-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in Hubspot.
  • Experience in ABM tools and strategies.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing events, conferences, and/or webinars highly preferred.
