Marketing Manager
As are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven self-starter with a passion for crypto to join as Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for our go to market, growth, and brand initiatives in the rapidly expanding Wormhole ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, and can deliver high-impact marketing strategies that attract, educate, and retain users. The ideal candidate will be web3-native and have extensive experience planning and executing campaigns.
The Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, event, and community channels.
- Own the marketing roadmap, setting KPIs and translating business goals into measurable campaigns.
- Launch go-to-market (GTM) plans for new features, partnerships, and product updates
Content & Brand
- Oversee creation of high-quality content (blogs, newsletters, educational materials, landing pages, videos) aligned with multiple audiences.
- Strengthen and grow the company’s brand identity within the Web3 space.
- Ensure messaging is consistent across all touchpoints and tailored to various crypto communities.
Growth & Analytics
- Manage user acquisition funnels, optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, and run A/B tests across platforms.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness, user behavior, and ROI with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Support co-marketing efforts with protocols, L1s/L2s, wallets, validators, and ecosystem collaborators.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to strengthen grassroots engagement.
- Monitor crypto trends and conversations to identify real-time marketing opportunities.
Ideal candidate:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in areas like Partner Marketing, Ecosystem Development, Web3 Marketing, Consumer Finance/Payments Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Business Development and Partnerships. Experience in B2B or B2B2C financial services is preferred.
- A track record of successful marketing initiatives that have delivered significant business impact.
- Proven experience in working with diverse, cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategies and execute plans effectively, fostering strong partnerships to achieve shared objectives
- Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, digital currencies, fintech, and successful marketing strategies.
- Understanding of SEO, paid ads, and growth loops.
- Experience managing marketing budgets
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with examples of content created.
- Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality.
- Ideally, based in the Americas or European time zones.
