About the Team
Quality & Compliance pillar is a part of the Central Operations Tem and safeguards the integrity of the World network. We build the standards, signals, and enforcement mechanisms that ensure every location meets our expectations for safety, setup, branding, and user experience.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Quality & Compliance Lead who can turn scattered observations into a coherent quality intelligence system. You’ll define quality standards, build the signal-gathering platform, and manage the enforcement logic that keeps Operators accountable. This role is analytical and operational. You’ll design frameworks, orchestrate audits, work with Data Engineering on automated checks, and partner with T&S and Market Ops to act on insights.

What You’ll Do
Own the location-signal platform end to end.
Define quality standards, acceptance criteria, and enforcement rules.
Scale field staff check-ins with AI gating and escalation flows.
Integrate mystery audits and survey signals into a unified quality score.
Build dashboards and anomaly-detection logic with Data Engineering.
Partner with T&S on investigations and pattern detection.
Establish predictable coaching, penalties, and incentives.
Drive adoption of mandatory weekly submissions across all locations.
About You
6–10 years in quality, compliance, operations, risk, trust & safety, or marketplace operations.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with ambiguous data.
Experience designing and enforcing operational standards.
Strong cross-functional communicator.
Comfortable working with Product and Data teams.
Direct, structured, practical, and unfazed by field variability.
