Description

This mission of the Ecosystem Growth manager is shipping measurable growth for priority apps and campaigns across our ecosystem. Building repeatable acquisition and activation loops across community, creators, partners, and distribution channels. Operating comfortably across both BTC and Ethereum audiences, and be open to privacy as a product surface and operating well in open-source and technical communities (bonus: gaming communities).

What You Will Own

1) Growth Loops and Campaigns (End-to-End)

  • Design and run acquisition + activation programs (referrals, tournaments, creator formats, partner activations)
  • Translate goals into scoped plans, timelines, budgets, and weekly shipping cadence
  • Build and grow communities across virtual (app-specific communities, e.g., POW) and physical surfaces (small, fast events, meetups).
  • Keep programs measurable, simple, and operationally clean

2) App Growth Execution with Partners

  • Act as growth POC for selected ecosystem apps (consumer, gaming, btcfi, privacy-adjacent)
  • Coordinate with app teams and external partners to land launches and updates
  • Deliver launch kits: positioning, channel plan, incentives, onboarding paths, measurement plan

3) Distribution Infrastructure

  • Build/operate onboarding playbooks, referral tracking, leaderboards, campaign templates
  • Be one of the voices of Starknet on X/Twitter: regular posting/amplification to support launches, campaigns, and ecosystem narratives.
  • Scale “campaign in a box” assets other teams can reuse

4) Measurement and Reporting

  • Define success metrics per program (activation, retention proxies, cost per activated user, fee/revenue impact)
  • Run weekly reporting and post-mortems, iterate fast (A/B tests, experimental approach to growth tactics).

5) Incentives + Payout Ops

  • Manage reward allocations, eligibility rules, anti-sybil thinking, payout ops, partner coordination
  • Work within finance/legal constraints when needed

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in growth, bd, product marketing, ecosystem, or community roles (crypto preferred): We’re open on background, but you must have one strong lane and be credible across the rest
  • Web2 growth experience is valued (classical web2 growth training can be a strong advantage).
  • Proven record shipping programs with measurable outcomes
  • Strong operator: writes plans, ships assets, drives stakeholders, closes loops
  • Proficient using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT) to accelerate software and content creation.
  • Crisp written comms (internal updates, partner comms, public posts when needed)
  • Comfortable being public-facing on X/Twitter and contributing consistently (posts, replies, signal boosts) as part of the role.
  • High ownership in remote, async execution

Nice to Have

  • Experience with gaming growth, tournaments, creator programs, referral systems
  • Btc-native ecosystem familiarity (wallets, channels, onramps, communities)
  • Privacy product familiarity (private transfers, compliance constraints, narrative positioning)
  • Comfortable operating in open-source and technical communities; bonus: gaming communities.
