Job Description
Sei Labs is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, preferably within the technology or financial services sector. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with our Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to service agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and licensing agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain a centralized repository for all contracts and agreements.
- Track contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Implement and manage contract management systems to streamline processes.
- Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions.
- Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure favorable terms for Sei Labs.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any contractual disputes or issues.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and business development teams, to understand contract requirements and objectives.
- Facilitate clear communication between all parties involved in the contract negotiation process.
- Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and correspondence.
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Juris Doctorate not a requirement but a plus.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.
- Experience with blockchain or cryptocurrency-related contracts is a plus.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
