As a member of our team, you will be exposed to the world of blockchain, cryptocurrency, play-to-earn, and other web3 projects. Our project is backed by some of the most connected VCs in the blockchain space and we're growing our family!

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent writing and editing skills, and can effectively communicate across internal and external channels, including outreach to traditional media and social media content.

The person in this position will be asked to help identify current trends and topical issues that could potentially elevate the reputation of Salad Ventures through visible engagement. This position also has the opportunity to take ownership of key strategic communications priorities and support more senior positions on other initiatives.

⚡︎ Strong communications, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

⚡︎ Ability to monitor and interpret fast-moving story developments

⚡︎ Knowledge of multi-channel media environment, communication planning, and traditional and non-traditional media strategies

⚡︎ Experience with social media listening

⚡︎ Develop deep, genuine, and collaborative relationships with teams and individual players on behalf of the league

⚡︎ Work proactively with players and team management to address all issues in a timely fashion

⚡︎ Gather feedback from players and managers to continuously improve events, rules, game play, in-competition features and any pertinent information

⚡︎ Provide players, teams, and team managers with league updates regarding changes, rules adjustments, or any other pertinent news

⚡︎ Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal Marketing and other League departments to ensure appropriate promotional and media obligations are met

⚡︎ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline

⚡︎ 3+ years of player relations experience or equivalent

⚡︎ Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, speaking, and collaboration skills

⚡︎ Experience in creating, editing, and promoting written and visual content

⚡︎ Deep experience building and maintaining high-value relationships with media

⚡︎ Strong leadership and communication skills

⚡︎ Ability to showcase numerous successes from previous top-tier media outreach campaigns and news announcements

⚡︎ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

⚡︎ Impeccable organizational, problem-solving and time-management abilities

⚡︎ Able to act with discretion when handling confidential matters

⚡︎ Experience with talent management

⚡︎ Experience in NFT/Blockchain Games

⚡︎ Experience in project management
