Job brief
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent people skills, and can effectively communicate with external stakeholders.
The person in this position will be tasked to develop new partnerships with game studios, gaming guilds and other blockchain stakeholders to grow the company’s visibility and impact.
This position also has the opportunity to take ownership of key strategic communications priorities and support more senior positions on other initiatives.

Responsibilities:
⚡︎Sourcing and signing new partners that can work with the company
⚡︎ Manage outbound prospecting and outreach campaigns
⚡︎ Develop and grow relationships with current users/customers
⚡︎ Brainstorm and execute creative growth hacks to gain exposure
⚡︎ Use your knowledge of Salad Ventures' solutions to suggest mutually beneficial relationships and enhancements for prospective partners
⚡︎ Establish and develop a strategy for identifying new lead generation channels and close new sales opportunities
⚡︎ Work with signed partners to drive utilization and revenue, this means creating sales tools, general partnership enablement, and ongoing relationship management
⚡︎ Work with management to develop strategies to develop proposition and attract partners
⚡︎ Work to ensure partner satisfaction by anticipating their needs and understanding the overall vision of their company
⚡︎ Establish success plans that codify the goals of the partnership and enable both parties to measure their progress

Requirements:
⚡︎Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
⚡︎ 3-5 years of partnership or sales experience.
⚡︎ Demonstrable track record of being scrappy, and finding creative solutions to tough, and oftentimes ambiguous problems
⚡︎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the desire to work in an external role.
⚡︎ High growth startup experience a plus, but not required
⚡︎ Successful business development track record
⚡︎ Operations and systems management experience
⚡︎ Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering on goal
⚡︎ Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
