As a member of our team, you will be exposed to the world of blockchain, cryptocurrency, play-to-earn, and other web3 projects. Our project is backed by some of the most connected VCs in the blockchain space and we're growing our family!

If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our brand, sub-brands and verticals of marketing.

You’ll be tasked to own and develop our brand communications, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Campaigns we run will also flow through you, working with our team and vendors to manage a budget, align our collateral to brand and measuring the success of said campaigns

⚡︎ Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive traffic to our digital presences

⚡︎ Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

⚡︎ Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

⚡︎ Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

⚡︎ Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

⚡︎ Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

⚡︎ Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

⚡︎ Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

⚡︎ Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly ⚡︎ Manage vendors and contractors to execute campaigns according to timeline

⚡︎Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent

⚡︎ 3-5 years of partnership or marketing experience.

⚡︎ Demonstrable track record of being scrappy, and finding creative solutions to tough, and oftentimes ambiguous problems

⚡︎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the desire to work in an external role.

⚡︎ Familiar with Twitter, Reddit, Telegram as platforms for marketing

⚡︎ Experienced in managing Paid, Earned & Owned media

⚡︎ Successful measurable marketing track record

⚡︎ Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering on goal

⚡︎ Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment

⚡︎ Experience in NFT/Blockchain Games

⚡︎ Crypto exposure and knowledge is a plus

⚡︎ High growth startup experience a plus
