As a member of our team, you will be exposed to the world of blockchain, cryptocurrency, play-to-earn, and other web3 projects. Our project is backed by some of the most connected VCs in the blockchain space and we're growing our family!

We are building cutting edge Web 3.0 products at Salad Ventures and we're looking for a creatively brilliant UI/UX designer to work with our product team to build beautiful interfaces for a global user base.

We're growing our product team with full-stack developers and they'll need the support of competent UI/UX specialists with a keen eye for details like you to bring the technology to market where users will be happy to spend time using them.

We're looking for someone with a strong visual sense, with an aptitude for understanding how people think and interact with dashboards and products.

You'll have an opportunity to lead design sprints, breathe life into cutting edge technologies and chart the course for our products

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools.

⚡︎Collaborate with product developers to build pleasant-to-use products

⚡︎Develop our flagship guild-management system for use on the blockchain

⚡︎Driving the UX, business and technical conversations with the team and clients

⚡︎Staying abreast with new technologies, industry trends and promoting a culture of learning and innovation

⚡︎Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

⚡︎Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

⚡︎Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

⚡︎Build page navigation buttons and search fields

⚡︎Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

⚡︎Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

⚡︎Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders*

⚡︎Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

⚡︎Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

⚡︎Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

⚡︎Owning project vision and strategy for an end-to-end design process.

⚡︎Above all, have fun playing a key role in creating and leading digital experience across multiple platforms

⚡︎ Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

⚡︎ Portfolio of design projects for our evaluation

⚡︎ Proficiency in wireframe tools like Figma & Sketch.

⚡︎ Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

⚡︎ Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

⚡︎ Good time-management skills
