We are building multiple business lines for our blockchain gaming guild and are looking for a strategist to join our squad to explore new games and opportunities in play-to-earn.

⚡︎Devise strategies with Growth Lead to help the company uncover revenue opportunities from play-to-earn games

⚡︎Execute strategies selected to grow gaming operations guided by Growth Lead

⚡︎Keep track of ongoing operations in the gaming guild

⚡︎Conduct experiments on blockchain play-to-earn games to determine viability and profitability

⚡︎Conduct industry research and produce recommendations on growth opportunities in blockchain play-to-earn gaming

⚡︎Communicate strategic operations objectives and goals to Growth Lead relating to revenue-focused gaming

⚡︎Maintaining profitability of guild/gamefi business lines & operations according to guidelines

⚡︎Reporting and analysis of information derived from gaming operations

⚡︎Enjoys playing games of various genres

⚡︎Able to learn quickly and work independently

⚡︎Have experience with strategy-based gaming

⚡︎Open to managing communities and people on platforms such as Discord

⚡︎Have a good handle of numbers and using spreadsheets to develop comparisons

⚡︎Has experience in operational roles

⚡︎ Good written and verbal communication skills

⚡︎Diploma in related fields of finance, engineering or equivalent

⚡︎Preferably technical or finance background, with experience in Microsoft Office and Google Applications

⚡︎Able to work well in teams

⚡︎Has played strategy games on desktop and mobile platforms

⚡︎Has played at least one P2E game before

⚡︎Has deep knowledge of the Gamefi space

⚡︎Has traded and explored crypto currency and DeFi
