Job brief

We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will manage the front line Human Resources to deliver an effective, efficient and legally compliant human resource service across this industry which meets the needs of our organization and achieves value for growth and excellence.
Support and assist the head of Human Resources, HR Generalist, and Co-Founder to, propose, research, consult on and implement new initiatives that promote Salad Ventures as an employer of choice. Also, maintain, update and deliver objectives of the Human Resources strategy and business plan.

Responsibilities:

⚡︎ Optimize our web-based application performance
⚡︎ Interact in the Waiting Room of Salad Ventures to identify and propose possible successful scholars for the next batch
⚡︎ Ensure operational HR Activities and processes are correctly followed
⚡︎ Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
⚡︎ Ensure to review and monitor Daily SLP gains of all scholars. Flag out those at risk and propose interventions, if possible and needed.
⚡︎ Ensure operational HR Activities and processes are correctly followed ⚡︎ Interact in the Waiting Room of Salad Ventures to identify and propose possible successful scholars for the next batch ⚡︎ Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiative for all employees ⚡︎ Ensure to review and monitor Daily SLP gains of all scholars. Flag out those at risk and propose interventions, if possible and needed ⚡︎ Track daily performance of our players and update relevant databases for tracking ⚡︎ Organize team building activities for all the scholars ono a weekly basis ⚡︎ Propose and execute other ways to improve morale, and build camaraderie among all the scholars ⚡︎ Aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, managing HR consultants, running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives

Requirements:

⚡︎ Proven work experience in Human Resources, minimum of five (5) years
⚡︎ Bachelor's Degree Holder
