About Render Network Foundation
The Render Network Foundation powers the world’s leading decentralized GPU network for neural rendering, 3D graphics, and AI compute. We’re building the future of real-time 3D tools and creator workflows.
The Role
We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive interfaces for neural rendering pipelines, 3D asset management, and AI-powered creative tools used by artists, developers, and studios worldwide.
RenderCon 2026 We invite you to join us on-site at RenderCon on April 16, 2026 in Hollywood, CA. This is a great opportunity to meet the team in person, understand the Render ecosystem and the real problems we’re solving, and get to know the organization firsthand. We provide a free ticket + travel support.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end UI/UX for web and desktop tools focused on neural rendering and 3D workflows.
Rapidly prototype and iterate in Figma.
Use Claude (Anthropic) extensively for design-to-code workflows and front-end acceleration.
Collaborate with engineers and 3D artists to ship production-ready interfaces.
Conduct user research and testing with creators.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (creative tools, 3D software, AI/ML, or developer platforms preferred).
Expert proficiency in Figma (prototyping, design systems, auto-layout).
Strong experience using Claude for generating production-ready code and accelerating handoff.
Portfolio is mandatory — submit a link showcasing relevant UI/UX work (complex tools, 3D/AI interfaces, or design-to-code examples highly valued).
Willingness to attend RenderCon on-site on April 16, 2026.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation and benefits.
Direct impact on frontier neural rendering and decentralized 3D tools.
Free RenderCon ticket + travel covered.
Mission-driven culture at the intersection of art, AI, and technology.
If you are interested, please respond with your portfolio and if you can attend Rendercon!
