POSITION TITLE: Community Programs Coordinator

ROLE SUMMARY: This role supports the development and execution of community programs, including design, onboarding, grant operations, and general support. We’re looking for someone who can wear a bunch of different hats and get stuff done to drive the ecosystem forward.

This role reports directly to: Developer Ecosystem Manager (Yasin)

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to community program design & general execution (zkIgnite, Navigators, Scouting)
  • Collect feedback from community members about how grant programs are working, what needs improvement, and how to improve
  • Coordinate the scheduling of public events related to programs, collect notes and key info, share written updates post-event
  • Support the leaders in the community by staying in close contact via telegram and discord and making sure key stakeholders always have an open line of communication with Mina Foundation
  • Grant operations
    • Work to onboard teams to program by assisting with KYC process.
    • Work directly with MF finance team to help facilitate grant payments to Mina grantees, including grantee follow-up to collect and capture necessary information as needed.
    • Build relationship with grantees and act as ‘point of contact’ questions related to grant payments & operations, as well as general program inquiries
  • Become a trusted partner for the community team, available to jump in on any project needed
