We're looking for a senior backend engineer with hands-on experience. Strong math or risk background strongly preferred. Solana experience preferred, other crypto or web3 experience also considered.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience building, deploying, indexing, or anything else that requires hands-on Solana experience.
• 2-5 years experience with data pipelines (Sqlmesh, DBT, or others)
• Strong math skills, must be comfortable performing complex calculations such as risk analysis, etc.
• Infrastructure and Kubernetes Experience (IaC, Terraform, Pulumi) preferred.
• Rust Experience preferred.
• Experience with crypto price data, e.g. Oracles.

Role:

• Take heavy ownership in a rapidly growing startup environment.
• Work on data pipelines, infrastructure, and other backend applications.
• Work on setting, tracking, and adjusting risk parameters in response to market conditions. Manage risk-adjacent tasks like oracle feeds.
• Process data into meaningful display that drive business decision making
• Monitoring and maintaining applications, infrastructure, and core business metrics (liquidity, rates, user actions, etc).
