Who We’re Looking for:

We are seeking a Head of Risk to be a core part of the team. Contribute to an evolving, open source codebase and help set the stage for more secure, usable, and comprehensive financial products on Solana.

We are looking for someone who is excited to join a team of high-velocity engineers, who believes in open source code, and who has conviction that globally accessible markets will change the world for the better.

The Opportunity:

• Model complex risk exposure
• Evolve our systems from static to dynamic models
• Manage new listings, new pools, and risk-centric program updates
• Drive a quantitative-led culture and set the stage for best practices in DeFi

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical ability to implement program updates and multi-sig changes
• Past experience managing risk in production
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills - bonus if you’ve applied those to trading strategies in a professional capacity
• Belief in the benefits of open source contribution
• Passion for software development, DeFi, and cryptocurrencies
