About the Role:
We are seeking a data driven and people-first candidate. As the Manager, People Systems & Analytics, you play a critical role in driving optimization, scale, managing our HR systems, with a primary focus on ADP and HR analytics. You will lead initiatives to enhance system efficiency, data integrity, and reporting capabilities while ensuring compliance and seamless employee experiences. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and collaboration across the People & Talent team to drive operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

  • HRIS Management & Optimization: Oversee and administer all HR systems, ensuring accuracy, system enhancements, releases & QA, and seamless integrations with other one another. Creates and maintains a system roadmap that aligns with stakeholder business plans
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain HR data integrity, drive compliance, and create dashboards to analyze workforce trends and key HR metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process efficiencies in HR operations, leveraging automation and best practices.
  • HR Partner Support: Partner with varies groups within HR to manage system configurations for annual cycles such as, benefits enrollment, merit, engagement, and compliance reporting. Collaborate with other system-specific admins for feeds between products. Train partners on systems for proficiency and consistency.
  • HR Analytics & Insights: Provide data-driven insights on employee lifecycle trends, turnover, and workforce planning to support business decisions and drive recommendations for various stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT to enhance system usability and improve on the employee experience.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, audits, and reporting requirements related to HRIS and payroll systems. Creates and manages system governance, including sub-admin processes

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR system administration, with strong proficiency in ADP (Workforce Now preferred).
  • Experience with HR analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or ADP reporting.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, payroll workflows, and benefits administration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues, configure workflows, and drive process improvements.
  • Experience managing HR technology implementations, integrations, or system upgrades.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
