About the role:
At Employ we’re building the future of recruiting. Our technology helps thousands of companies around the world power their talent acquisition strategies and connects job seekers to their next career opportunity. We are seeking a Learning Facilitator to create and deliver virtual and in person product training for customers. As a Learning Facilitator, you will translate product learning into dynamic and engaging sessions that enhance our customers’ ability to independently administer their Employ solutions with confidence, ultimately driving case deflection, product adoption, customer retention and account growth. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Customer and Product Learning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proven SaaS training experience: you’ve designed and delivered engaging virtual and in-person product trainings for external customers (B2C, SMB, or enterprise).
  • Hands-on facilitation skills: confident leading onboarding, role-based training, and train-the-trainer sessions with an energetic, polished delivery.
  • Instructional design chops: skilled at turning product features into scenario-based lessons, demos, and exercises that map to real customer workflows.
  • Customer-centric approach: experienced in running discovery/needs analyses and tailoring curriculum for different personas and business goals.
  • Operational excellence: comfortable managing a training calendar, LMS sessions, and keeping materials updated with product releases.
  • Impact-driven mindset: track and act on training data (completion, CSAT, adoption lift, support deflection, renewal influence).
  • Cross-functional collaborator: worked closely with Product, CS, Support, and Sales to align learning with launches and GTM priorities.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 30% for onsite workshops, conferences, and customer implementations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years training external SaaS customers (B2C or high-volume SMB) with experience engaging real end-users beyond classroom or internal audiences
  • Facilitation at scale: run virtual and in-person onboarding, feature deep-dives, or rollout workshops
  • Outcome-minded: you can show adoption lift, fewer support tickets, or renewal/expansion impact tied to your training
  • Learner-first iteration: you run discovery, segment learners, collect feedback, and improve content based on data
  • Tool-savvy: comfortable with LMS, Zoom/Teams, course-authoring/screen-recording, and training metrics
  • Polished communicator: clear, engaging presenter and writer for end-users, admins, and execs
  • Team player: you’ve partnered with Product, CS, Support, or Sales to align training with releases and GTM plans
