Day to Day

Indeed is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Analyst II to drive processes and operational strategy for our Product Review function. You will play a critical role in supporting the rollout of Indeed’s newest Job Seeker Verifications products and commercial strategy. This role works with Attorneys, Leadership, and Business Partners to ensure legal services are delivered efficiently, and you will partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support customer conversations, contract negotiations, and enablement materials. The ideal candidate will bring experience in scaling operational processes, demonstrate solid communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities


  • Strategic Project Leadership: Responsible for leading significant operational projects and resolving complex or high-risk initiatives and issues.
  • Process Innovation: Proactively and reactively create and implement new solutions and workflows to solve complex operational issues often affecting multiple departments.
  • Professional Communication: Clearly and simply explain high-level legal concepts to others both within and outside of Indeed.
  • Analytical Oversight: Conduct workflow trend analysis to effectively measure impact with data; own goal measurement for areas of responsibility.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Communicates the impact of proposed initiatives to leadership and key partners, ensuring buy-in and collaboration on complex functional initiatives.
  • Mentorship & Guidance: Help and advise others in figuring out the best path forward when they face difficult or new problems.

Skills/Competencies

  • 7+ years in Learning/Instructional Design; 3+ years leading or managing learning design teams.
  • Experience delivering enablement for sales/client‑facing or global internal audiences.
  • Experience implementing learning analytics dashboards and continuous improvement loops.
  • Expertise designing multi‑modal programs (ILT, VILT, eLearning, blended) at enterprise scale with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence; comfortable aligning with senior leaders across functions.
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning principles, accessibility/inclusive design, and modern learning tech (LMS/LXP; Synthesia/Elucidat/Smart Builder/Vyond or similar)
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and storytelling; translate business goals into clear learning objectives and experiences.
  • Program/project management across multiple workstreams: prioritization, scheduling, risk management, vendor oversight, and iteration with data.

Austin 89,000 - 129,000 USD per year
US Remote 89,000 - 129,000 USD per year
Seattle and NYC 110,000 - 166,000 USD per year
SF Bay Area 120,000 - 183,000 USD per year
