Day to Day

This role owns the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing and experiential programs that support key strategic initiatives. Program Managers build and manage detailed project plans, oversee budgets, coordinate cross-functional business partners, and ensure flawless delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. They serve as the operational engine behind large-scale activations — managing timelines, dependencies, vendors, reporting, lead capture, and post-event follow-up while maintaining rigorous quality control.
On a daily basis, the role requires balancing strategy and execution: leading cross-functional meetings, analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities to scale or optimize programs, and presenting insights to senior business partners. It demands excellent financial stewardship, global coordination across time zones, and the ability to anticipate risks, solve problems quickly, and deliver high-impact experiences on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple and concurrent integrated marketing plans for strategic initiatives while maintaining the highest level of quality assurance and accuracy
  • Participate in the strategic development and execution of experiential marketing initiatives including developing and implementing project plans and timelines, daily/monthly reporting, post-event follow-up, lead capture, budget management, handling in/out-bound materials and event documentation ,
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with partners across the business, serving as a subject matter expert on experiential marketing initiatives
  • Manage budgets exercising fiscal responsibility and conservative resource allocation
  • Report results, analytics, trends and track event performance to make recommendations around programming enhancements, challenges, and opportunities
  • Leverage industry trends and analyze target audiences to identify opportunities for driving scale and efficiencies across strategic initiatives
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and understand cultural nuances in key global markets

Skills/Competencies

  • 5+ years experience supporting and delivering experiential marketing or event programmes at scale within a large corporation or agency environment
  • History of breaking new ground with activations and delivering transformational experiences
  • Core skills should include accurate time estimating, identifying dependencies and resources/cost estimates, scaling and excellent analytical capacity with experience presenting and communicating findings to a variety of business partners, including senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
  • Demonstrates the expertise to solve a wide variety of problems through a solid understanding of current business trends - able to make data driven decisions based on both qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%
