Day to Day
Establish and build upon UX processes that support product excellence while moving and shipping fast. Explore new patterns and practices, enhancing design methods, toolkits and processes. Prioritize competing initiatives with strong focus on outcomes. Work with cross-functional leadership to ideate and iterate on strategy and direction. Partner with other orgs to provide design input on various initiatives. Partner with user research to ensure the customers voice is incorporated into the design process. Align with cross-functional product leadership to help inform future roadmaps and turn vision into reality.
Telecommuting permitted anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Industrial Design or related field.
- One (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a Product Designer-related occupation.
- Position requires one (1) year of experience in the following:

- 1. Design Thinking;
- 2. Interaction Design and Prototyping;
- 3. System Design;
- 4. User Experience Design;
- 5. User Research Partnership; and
- 6. Visual Design.

Salary Range Transparency
Salary Range: $104,000 to $155,000 per year.
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
