Day to Day

  • Design and oversee the development of complex data pipelines and long-range forecasting models for Client Success and Vendor Management.
  • Architect scalable frameworks for tracking global outsourced vendor performance and SLA compliance.
  • Audit and certify high level workforce metrics to establish business-wide reporting standards and ensure consistency.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive the adoption of advanced analytics and WFM tools through strategic consultation.
  • Develop long-term capacity plans that align vendor headcount with projected global client demand

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain advanced capacity pipelines that provide strategic vendor insights and internal KPI tracking.
  • Consult cross-functionally with IT and Vendor Operations to ensure analytics initiatives solve complex organizational gaps.
  • Oversee data integrity and strict adherence to global privacy standards across all analytics deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing data-driven feedback and accountability to business partners.
  • Define the technical roadmap for workforce analytics to ensure systems scale with business growth.

Skills/Competencies

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales or operations environment.
  • Mastery of data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, alongside deep proficiency in SQL and/or Python
  • Proven ability to translate complex labor data into high-level strategic staffing recommendations for leadership.
  • Success in spearheading large-scale, cross-functional operational improvements in a matrixed environment.

Austin Metro Area 95,000 - 137,000 USD per year
NYC Metro Area 105,000 - 152,000 USD per year
Scottsdale Metro Area 90,000 - 130,000 USD per year
Seattle Metro Area 110,000 - 160,000 USD per year
San Francisco Bay Area 123,000 - 179,000 USD per year

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
