Reports to: Head of Strategy

About the Role

Galxe is currently undergoing a significant strategic pivot toward Enterprise Solutions. We are seeking a high-agency Strategy & Operations Associate to serve as the primary deputy to the Head of Strategy.

This is an execution-focused role designed for a structured thinker who wants a front-row seat to scaling a web3 unicorn. You will be responsible for ensuring the Ecosystem Team operates with precision by managing the company’s operating calendar, building high-stakes sales collateral, and converting raw strategy into actionable outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Asset Development
  • Collateral Ownership: Lead the end-to-end production of Sales and Strategy collateral, transforming complex concepts into polished Google Slides presentations.

  • Narrative Management: Maintain the "Modular Pitch Deck" library to ensure the Sales team has access to the most current data and strategic narratives.

  1. Operational Excellence (Rhythm of Business)
  • Calendar Management: Own the Ecosystem Team’s operating rhythm, including Weekly Syncs, Monthly Business Reviews, and Quarterly OKR sessions.

  • Accountability Tracking: Act as the "human reminder system" by documenting meeting decisions and tracking follow-up items through to completion.

  1. Market Intelligence & Analysis
  • Trend Identification: Monitor live activity on the Galxe platform to identify breakout trends, fast-growing Spaces, and new protocol launches.

  • Competitive Briefings: Track competitor movements and prepare weekly intelligence briefings for the leadership team.

  1. Special Projects
  • Cross-Functional Support: Act as a "Swiss Army Knife" for the Head of Strategy, supporting diverse initiatives ranging from partner onboarding to internal restructuring.

Who You Are

  • High Agency: You are a proactive problem-solver who fixes issues—from typos to logistical gaps—before they reach senior leadership.

  • Visual Storyteller: You possess exceptional Google Slides skills and understand how to use visual aids as tools for persuasion.

  • Structured Thinker: You have a natural ability to organize chaos and can distill a messy brainstorming session into a clean, actionable list.

  • Humble & Ambitious: You are willing to master the foundational "boring" work (scheduling and formatting) as a prerequisite for long-term leadership.

  • Web3 Fluent: You are conversant in the industry language, understanding concepts such as L1s, Dapps, and Sybil attacks.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Strategy, Consulting, BizOps, or a high-growth startup environment.

  • Communication: Native-level English proficiency in both written and verbal formats.

  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).

  • Project Management: Hands-on experience with Notion or similar project management platforms.
