We are seeking a detail-oriented Performance Marketing Analyst to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize CTV marketing strategies. Your expertise will directly impact client success, driving measurable results in the dynamic and rapidly evolving CTV space.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate daily campaign performance metrics to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Spend, ROAS, CPA, and campaign effectiveness to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Become an expert in the company’s CTV Management Platform, understanding how platform configurations impact campaign performance.

Investigate data anomalies and unexpected performance shifts to uncover root causes and deliver actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies that enhance campaign results and align with business objectives.

Create and present performance reports and dashboards, translating complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Experience with performance metrics, particularly in marketing, advertising, or related fields.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.

Familiarity with campaign management tools and reporting platforms.
