Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Management:

- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
- Correct errors in data entry and ensure proper formatting and consistency across all records.
- Process high volumes of data entry with speed and accuracy.
- Data Quality Assurance:

- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in data to ensure consistent and high-quality information.
- Conduct periodic audits to identify errors or missing data and make necessary corrections.
- Ensure all data entered complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting & Documentation:

- Generate and maintain reports based on entered data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain detailed logs of data entry activities.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
- Administrative Support:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing records as needed.
- Work with team members to process and organize paper-based data for digital entry.
- Provide additional support to departments by organizing and updating records for specific projects.
- Collaboration:

- Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure data needs are met.
- Collaborate with managers to resolve data-related issues and ensure efficient workflow.
- Attention to Detail:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in entering, updating, and verifying data.
- Ability to spot and correct data inconsistencies and errors quickly.
- Technical Proficiency:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other data management tools.
- Familiarity with database management and CRM systems is a plus.
- Comfortable using data entry software and systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
- Organizational Skills:

- Experience & Education:

- Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in data entry or administration are a plus.
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is a plus but not required.
