Learning Experience Designer

We are searching for a Learning Experience (LX) Designer to deliver excellent LX design and content work, develop key relationships with subject matter experts, and guide clients through critical learning decisions---Someone to transform digital education to thrive and break boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Utilize best practices and current thinking from learning science and educational technology to design and develop highly effective, engaging learning experiences and content.
• Analyze clients’ learning-related challenges and opportunities, including learning proposition, learning goals, key differentiators, learner personas, and metrics of learner success.
• Work with leads to engage subject matter experts in the discovery and creation of learning outcomes, assessments, content maps, activity types, and content.
• Create high-quality teaching and learning content using established approaches that promote understanding, engagement, and transfer of learning.
• Design effective assessments that measure the achievement of learning outcomes. Promote the evaluation of program effectiveness through metrics and data.
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of instructional design experience
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and quality assurance process
• Ability to work remotely independently for 12 week contract starting November 4th working 30-40 hours per week
