Our Business Analyst will work on a wide variety of different programs to support diverse customer mission areas. We work with clients from the commercial and Federal space to understand and modernize their legacy applications by migrating them to modern/new platforms.

The Work:
Our Business Analyst will work on a wide variety of different programs to support diverse customer mission areas. We work with clients from the commercial and Federal space to understand and modernize their legacy applications by migrating them to modern/new platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gain a deep understanding of client needs.
- Requirement Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive requirement documents, including functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and user stories within Agile framework. Ensure that requirements are detailed, well-structured, and traceable.
- Analysis: Develop System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design. Analyze data and gather insights to support data-driven decision-making and recommendations.
- Technical Liaison: Work with a team of senior technologists to deliver solutions for clients. Bridge gap between our client’s business requirements and the development team’s technical requirements.
- Product Enhancement: Collaborate with the product team to propose and prioritize changes, updates, and enhancements to the Rhino product based on client feedback and market trends.
- Product Alignment: Lead teams in the systems integration of rhino.ai and our partners. Present and ‘sell’ clients application designs that delight their users and grow the demand for our services.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure effective communication and understanding of project goals between clients and technical teams. Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and testing activities to ensure that the product meets the specified requirements.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues related to project scope, timeline, and resources. Develop mitigation plans to address these challenges.
- Project Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and status updates, to keep stakeholders informed.
- Client Training: Support users through training, as well as provide one-on-one technical assistance to ensure successful product implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience within IT sector
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on product development and professional service contracts
- Strong customer service focus, project planning, and organizational skills
- Experience in the development of standard documentation - requirements specifications, use cases, design specifications, test plans and test scripts and other supporting system documentation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment and to coordinate amongst diverse program stakeholders
- Experience with testing software, tracking issues, and working with developers to ensure that requirements are being met
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate effective meetings and workshops
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations and legacy migrations
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in MS Office products, such as Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects to meet goals, deliverables, and deadlines
- Experience with content management systems, including user roles, configuration, and content editing
- Knowledge of Project, Change, Configuration and Release management is a plus
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus
