We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our team at Chai Vision. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing channels for a brand under the Chai Vision umbrella. Your primary focus areas will include Shopify management, email marketing, SMS marketing, influencer marketing and organic social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Management:

  • Collaborate with the Amazon team and creative team to regularly update website banners, copy, and content for each brand’s website via Shopify.
  • Ensure a seamless, engaging, and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.
  • Monitor website performance and user experience, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Manage product listings, collections, and navigation to optimize the customer journey.

Email and SMS Marketing:

  • Develop and execute effective email and SMS marketing strategies using platforms like Klaviyo or similar tools.
  • Create compelling copy, visuals, and designs for newsletters, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Segment and target audiences to maximize engagement, conversion rates, customer retention, and revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs and improve ROI.

Organic Social Media Management:

  • Manage and create content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the brand websites.
  • Craft engaging captions and copy for posts, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Content Marketing:

  • Work closely with the content team to create engaging, shareable content for blogs, articles, and social media platforms.
  • Leverage storytelling to connect with our diverse audience and build strong brand affinity.
  • Coordinate the production of high-quality content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Implement SEO best practices to increase organic search visibility and traffic.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify, collaborate with, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand presence and reach new audiences.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensure alignment with brand values, and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish.
  • Track and analyze the performance of influencer partnerships, optimizing for effectiveness and ROI.
