We are seeking a tech-savvy professional, experienced in community interactions and moderating, to join our fast growing Render Network team. Responsibilities: Monitor community interactions across all Render Network channels, including but not limited to, Slack, Telegram, Discord, and more as needs arise. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in online interactions with new and existing community members. Ensure that all community guidelines are being followed within the online forum (ex. “No price talk in Telegram group”, “no harassment across any channels”). Keep the larger Render Network team up to date on emerging scams or issues that arise within online channels. Participate in as needed calls/meetings with Render Network Communications staff members, including other community managers, full-time Render Network staff (project manager, COO, etc.). Qualifications: Proven work experience in community support Experience planning and leading community initiatives Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hands on experience with social media management Ability to interpret website traffic Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver Crypto, Octane, and Render knowledge preferred. Excellent attention to detail and ability to successfully multi-task.
